Hyatt Place Champaigen / Urbana, located at 217 N. Neil St., is now part of the Icon Hodging portfolio, a headquarters of the host company in Dallas.

The ownership files show that the Purcasad icon owned the property through an LLC for $ 18.25 million from YG Hotel Investors LLC.
