British gambling regulator launches consultation on deposit limits — CDC Gaming

The United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC) made consultations on the deposit limits following the dialogue on the issue in February.

As part of the White Paper of the Game Review of Goovernal British, it was pointed out that operators need to ensure that customers define credit checks on account games.

This stipulation to monitor online spending was introduced by the Commission to the directives of license conditions and practice codes (LCCP). The changes are designed to protect customers and give control of the quantity they spend on a platform on a user-run basis.

As part of the measurement, the UKGC gives autonomy to game operators to design their own procedures as long as their satisfied.
