As September approaches, and more specifically the expected launch date of the iPhone 17, we’ve seen several leaked images claiming to show this series of phones, including a new image showing all four models.
This comes from renowned leaker @MajinBuOfficial, who posted an image on social media showing mockups of what we believe to be the iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17.
These phones are getting smaller and smaller, starting with the iPhone 17 Pro Max, the largest. The phone is expected to have a 6.9-inch display, the iPhone 17 Air a 6.6-inch screen, the iPhone 17 Pro a 6.3-inch screen, and the iPhone 17 a 6.1-inch screen.
These displays are largely similar to the current models in terms of screen size, although the iPhone 17 Air is a new addition, so we can’t compare it to any other phone. It’s supposed to replace the iPhone 16 Plus in the lineup, which has a 6.7-inch display.
Cameras and charging
Here, we can see the rear camera bumps on these phones, which will be quite different from those of the current models in the case of the iPhone 17 Pro Max and iPhone 17 Pro—as we’ve seen from other leaked images.
The four mockups shown here also feature MagSafe connectors, which seems to confirm that wireless charging will be available on these phones. Unexpectedly, Apple neglected this point in the iPhone 16e, which launched in February.
These mockups are built from supply chain plans and help accessory manufacturers, such as case makers, prepare their products before the phone goes on sale.
As always, none of this information should be considered 100% accurate until confirmed by Apple. However, many of the leaks and rumors we’ve seen so far point to the designs it could propose for the 2025 iPhones.
